Toshiba is relighting the Louvre exterior. In a rolling refurbishment programme which will conclude in 2023, Toshiba will replace 4,500 conventional fitting with approximately 3,200 LED fittings: 30% fewer fittings with a predicted 73 per cent cut in the annual electricity load.
